Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Where We Ship
We currently ship within Australia only. We don't ship to New Zealand or internationally at this time.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard shipping: $15, or FREE on orders over $150.
Express shipping: a flat $20.
All orders are sent with Australia Post. Delivery times vary by location; estimated delivery times are available from Australia Post.

Tracking
All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed once your order ships, or you can track it through the Shop app.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Once your order is with the carrier, transit times are estimates only.
